Hey folks! It's been a while since our last update - we thought you might like to know that the Pride Pins line has been extended with four new species! The Sea Turtle, Vulture, Seal, and Eagle were released this year for Pride Month!

The time has come!
After a lot of counting (a lot of counting), we finished our full inventory of the Pride Pins stock left, and opened our Pride Pins Shop! If you enjoyed the pins you got from the campaign, and there are more you want to add to your collection, now's the time to grab them!
We have also released Pride Pins: Expansion #1, which features a Kirin, Maned Wolf, Toucan, Frog, and Okapi. These all new bases are on pre-order this weekend.

A note on the current state of shipping

Hello!
By this point, everyone should have their tracking numbers for their parcel. If you haven't gotten a tracking number, please e-mail [email protected] and we would be happy to assist you by looking it up.
As you might have heard from the news, the USPS is struggling right now. We kindly ask that you please be patient with your parcels, especially if you're non-US international. We've seen packages go by boat to international locations over a period of months, watched First Class domestic packages go without a scan for weeks, and even seen Priority Express domestic shipping packages sit for two weeks without movement then suddenly being delivered.
If your parcel is lost, we are happy to replace it for you, we only kindly ask that you wait at least 60 days for domestic and 90 days for international before declaring your package lost. This seems to be the amount of time by which package issues resolve themselves, and stuck packages make their way to their destination, especially when going through the Chicago hub (which is the one closest to Fursona Pins)--this hub seems especially overloaded.
It's very unfortunate the mail system is in this shape, and we thank you for your patience if you're still waiting on a package to be delivered. Fortunately, most of you have already gotten your packages, but for those of you waiting on yours, please hold tight!

The End Is Near

Hello friends!
This is an update from our Pride Pins shipping manager. Let's jump right in!
Less than 700 orders left to go!
We are in the sub-700's for remaining orders. At the rate the team is going, we should be done in the next 2 weeks! There will still be some that we are unable to ship out due to COVID shipping restrictions, but we will address those directly with those customers.
We are still waiting on a few pins, however, we are hoping that by the time we finish the batch we are on now, those pins will be here and we can seamlessly move into the remaining orders.
We are also pulling from all Tiers now. The system has all the tiers jumbled in the current segment we have made, which means that we're fulfilling remaining orders from all tiers. As of this second, our system shows 554 orders ready to pack (plus the ones that have been printed and are being packed as we speak), with 684 total to go until completion. This means we're around 88% complete!
What happens next
We are hopeful we will be done with shipping most of the orders out in the next 2 weeks.
During this time, we will be reaching out to customers who have been affected by the shipping restrictions placed on us by USPS in relation to their country. We will also be addressing all orders that have been sent back to us due to issues with an address or unpaid customs fees.
For those international customers in that situation, we ask you: PLEASE check your email that you used when you backed. We send emails out to customers as the packages hit our desk. If you are not sure what email you used and are worried, you can email us with your name and what email you think it was and we can verify that for you.
We will not consider the project complete until every customer has received their goods, and will be actively working for everyone until they do.
